these are pretty wicked looking... i don't even want to speculate what hot topic would charge for these retail. the leather and steel are excellent build quality (i don't know the origin; i believe they're custom) there's angel hair scratches in regions where the spikey articulations overlap naturally. there's layering of felt where the leather faces the body for added comfort. these ARE intended as leg armor for the shin region.
